Town of Arpin Recycling/Dump Regulations

The Following items are NOT allowed in the General waste Containers:

• Appliances
• Asbestos
• Batteries (lead acid)
• Chemical Products
• Computers or Components
• Deer Carcasses’Recyclable Materials
• Flammables Fluorescent Tubes
• Hazardous Waste
• Herbicides/ Pesticides

• Liquids
• Medical Waste
• Needles
• Paint & Thinners
• Radioactive Materials
• Tires
• Yard Waste
• Any type of Oil including Oily Rags

Recycling Guidelines

• Plastic, Aluminum, glass, tin, and aerosol containers can be placed loosely in the bin or bagged in plastic bags
• Flatten cardboard boxes
• Place papers in brown paper grocery bags
• Bag shredded paper to better contain it when dumping
• Refrain from putting and GARBAGE in with your recyclables
• NON_RECYCLABLE items include, but are not limited to: shoes, old clothing, Styrofoam, window glass, dishes, diapers, wood, plastic bags & toilet seats.
